I don't think you can argue that Ben was winning the war in the larger scheme of things, thought he was physically defeated in the fight. The question really is: does it count? Ben wasn't trying to win the fight...could he have if he wanted? Saying DV won is sort of like saying you beat the guy who scooped you into Top 8. You got the W but... And Mike is right. Ben did not "lose" to Darth. He sacrificed himself so he could become infinitely more powerful and help Luke KO the Galactic Empire. I don't know if it was funniest of all time, but it was up there. Will Price of Progress gets a thumbs up, as does the Nightcrawler scene. Almost definitely my favorite action sequence.
