Podcasting Tomorrow

It is actually altran’s birthday!
So wish altran a happy birthday if you have even one small sliver of soulstuff somewhere inside your shrunken heart.
But it is also Podcasting (I think).
I know we have not been great about actually updating the Podcasts that we produce — I think we have something like three hours of backlog not counting the live stuff BDM did at the New York State Championships (which will shortly embark on their own solution) — but believe me, we will be recording again tomorrow night (that is the plan at least).
So my question is…
What do you want us to talk about?
Apparently some small segment of our listener-ship is not interested in Dungeons & Dragons Tiny Adventures, nor the adventures of King James and his retinue of Cleveland Cavaliers.
So what do you want us to talk about?
Examples could be 1) how much I liked the latest Buffy the Vampire Slayer trade paperback, my Netflix queue, or why Akroma’s Vengeance beats Affinity.
… or whatever stuff you actually want to hear about!

To talk about: Baseball, comic books (not Buffy, though), maybe some Magic, Jenny Lewis’ new record, professional baseball (even if this means the Mets or whatever lousy East Coast teams you all root for), Tiny Adventures
To avoid: Professional basketball, professional football, college sports of any sort
Honestly, you could just do 4 hours of Cavs, Buffy, and stories that I already read in Deckade and I would still download it, listen to it, and love it.
Status of books! Where is Zvi’s book at? The Jonny/Mike Book?
Anything on a possible reprint of Deckade where the spine is a bit stronger than that of a New York hockey team? (Oh sick burn >_>)

This is just a little thing I noticed while reading an article about the old Selecting 10th Edition votes (and you may have mentioned something in writing before, mj): Had Dismiss won the vote over Rewind, would we have Cryptic Command as printed today? What effect would that have on the environment? I know it’s silly to talk much at length about hypothetical Magic formats, but it shows the ripple effect of those votes on the game.

Should we ban elves in Extended? BDM was there; I’m sure he has an opinion. I know that isn’t original, but it still might be interesting.

Yee haven’t really discussed the new hall of fame much? It’s always nice to hear opinions and stories on the stuff around magic as well as strategy and decks.
Like one poster said a discussion over the “elf problem” in extended. Whether to ban or not and if so, which cards?
Also, outside of the US there are still plenty of places with states coming up, ours isn’t till tommorrow week. A look over the US states results and a metagame analysis would be interesting. This could also lead into what you think will happen at worlds, standard wise.
You never did a real Shards set discussion so how about at least talking about shards picks in draft and things that surprized you about the set. Limited discussions and bad beat stories are always fun. Oh and if Sadin is around make him recount his journey at Pro-tour Berlin that crushed picture of him says a lot but still his stories are always fun.
Hi guys, I always listen to your podcasts, and besides I enjoy and maybe laugh at times when you just talk about random stuff, I really don’t think that should be a matter to listen it about 20+ mins, and the things I think are the most important ones, are the deep theory stuff of some decks or metagames or MTG in general, hopefully, updated at the time MTG is moving, like, you just can’t talk about 1.x now without mentioning Elves. I’d like to listen stuff like the upcoming worlds or more deep theory stuff, and maybe famous guesses invited.
